Leroy is from Hong Kong and moved to Fukuoka in 2020.

He is a former water polo player and a member of RHKYC in Hong Kong,

He loves coastal rowing, especially at night inside the Harbor in Hong Kong.

　But when the wind blows, he likes to sail.
He's not good at Japanese, but he likes to write on a Japanese blog site.

He also was the organizer for the first beach water polo tournament in Japan.
